Well, not really found. It has been running through the neighborhoods between Gallant Green road and Woodville road (Aquasco, Hughesville area) for about a week. It runs when you try to approach it. Unneutered male, brown, black face. Animal Control does not answer calls to come pick it up.

Wow, i can't believe the owners don't miss that guy, not a cheap pup/dog. I would try the old food/dog cookie treat trick.

Unless the cap was off when found, it should not be dried out.
Made myself laugh.

You could call animal control until your fingers fall off and it won't do any good. JMO
