Awww. What a sweet face.
He has some old and recent scars but for the most part seems to be in pretty good shape. He's neutered, coat looks/feels fine, not under weight, teeth and his nails look good.
I'll take him for a scan in the morning and go from there.
Looks like Rassie, but she's here on the bed by me.
His pic reminded of your Bubba right away.
Do you have fliers made up in the event that you can't find out who he belongs to if he has no microchip? Make sure you bring one by!
We still haven't found out who owns the female black lab that was found a couple days ago; running in CRE with her leash attached
Scan turned up nothing.
If nobody claims him he'll be fostered through CCHS.
All his temp tests have been fine. Dosen't do bad in the car but not great either. Just a mellow fellow.
Well, nobody claimed this guy. He'll become part of CCHS in the next few days unless somebody else wants to adopt him from us.
He has been nuetered, fully vetted and walks on a leash like a champ. He's house broken and actually won't do "his business" in the yard. He'll only go in the woods across the street (this could be appealing to some folks). We really think he was an appartment dog or just used to being walked a lot. He seems happiest on a leash.
He is however an escape artist with seperation issues. He has broken out of 2 crates and drools all over himself when left alone.
Haven't had him around children yet but other animals seem to be ok with slow introductions.
With all of the free dogs available and rescues at their limits, we would like to place this guy ourselves. If you know anybody who needs a jogging partner or just a mellow daily companion, this could be the guy. PM us if interested.
I'll get a better picture up in the next day or so.
you are such an awsome person!
