Foundation that stays on face not on clothes

Okay ladies, I have tried all sorts of foundations from liquid based to powder to even the bare minerals and I can not find anything that will not get on my collar if I am putting a shirt on in the mornings and I find it so frustrating.
If anyone knows of a product I would greatly appreciate knowing what it is.

i use to have that problem but i've started using mary kay's mineral powder foundation...when my face rubs up against my clothes nothing comes off...and it feels like i have nothing on when i wear it...i'm in love
