All I see in this one is a hole in the ground.

I can't figure out why someone is doing this. One of the articles on the first one indicates it's been there for YEARS. People only just found it, only for it to get removed. Closeups seem to suggest it's somewhat poorly constructed - as though it was slapped together by an amateur artist.
