Fox News Cuts McEnany Speech As She Claims Democrats Do Not Wanting More Secure Elections

Fox News host Neil Cavuto cut coverage of the network’s coverage of a speech from White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany on Monday as she spoke on behalf of the Trump campaign in a personal capacity about how she believes that Democrats do not support many of the measures that Republicans say will tighten up security surrounding U.S. elections.

“There is only one party in America that opposes voter ID,” McEnany said. “One party in America that opposes verifying signatures, citizenship, residency, eligibility. There is only one party in America trying to keep observers out of the count room and that party, my friends, is the Democrat Party. You don’t take these positions because you want an honest election. You don’t oppose an audit of the vote because you want an accurate count. You don’t oppose our efforts at sunlight and transparency because you have nothing to hide.”

“You take these positions because you are welcoming fraud and you are welcoming illegal voting,” she said before Fox News cut coverage of her remarks. “Our position is clear, we want to protect the franchise of the American people. We want an honest, accurate, lawful count. We want maximum sunlight; we want maximum transparency. We want every legal vote to be counted and we want every illegal vote to be discarded. Unlike our opponents, we have nothing to hide.”

Huh, isn't that odd.

None of you are discussing WHY Neil Cavuto cut off the McKenany's "presser". Why?

Would it be because Cavuto was correct in cutting her off? She was making gargantuan claims that the entire Democratic party was involved in massive elections fraud and offered no evidence to back up her claims.

Just because Trump and the bots continue to post that there was fraud doesn't mean there was.

Here are some quotes from the WaPo's article on this subject:

McEnany would go on to say at Monday’s news conference that Republican poll watchers were barred from observing the counting, an allegation that Fox News reporter Eric Shawn, who had been reporting from Philadelphia during the counting, refuted on air numerous times last week, including at one point showing a photograph of the view a poll watcher could see. “That’s not true,” Shawn told host Dana Perino on air about such an allegation by Trump. “That’s not true. That’s just not true.”
For days, Fox reporters and anchors, such as Bret Baier, who work for the network’s news division have been saying on air that claims about widespread voter fraud lack evidence.

“Listen, we are not seeing any evidence of widespread fraud,” Baier said during an interview with Republican National Committee Chair Ronna McDaniel. “We want to look into everything as well. But we just haven’t seen it. You know, it hasn’t been presented. There’s all kinds of stuff flying on the Internet. But when we look into it, it doesn’t pan out.”

That is FOX NEWS telling you dunderheads that the election was free and fair...FOX NEWS.

And then, of course, there are the predictable consequences of Trump's lies and posts from "people" like the bot:

Some of Fox’s news personalities have received heightened threats in the past week, as Trump supporters have targeted them online and in emails and phone calls for appearing not to back the president, two Fox staffers said.

Oh, but it is. This is the new media. Censor, editorialize, shut down dissenting voices... Fox is becoming a member of the MSM.

I think a lot of folks are already migrating over the Newsmax. After the Wallace debate, I am about done with Fox.

I don't believe I've ever seen Newsmax in a cable lineup.

Yesterday for the first time in years I deliberately didn't watch The Five. I've missed it before because I had other things to do, but yesterday was the first time I just went, "Meh," and didn't turn it on and leave it on until after Tucker. Juan makes that show unwatchable anyway.

We did still watch Tucker, though.

It's 1115 on Comcast here. I'm streaming it live on my computer right now.

Juan has to be one of the biggest liars out there. I don't get why he's regarded so highly as an important political voice. He's a leftist hack. I watch him deny facts over and over again. A Trump supporter could put an orange in front of him and he would deny that it's an orange my simply saying "that's just not true". That's all he has to say, without any explanation as to why he believes an irrefutable fact is "just not true". I'm done trying to understand what makes these people tick. It much better for my soul to just feel sorry for them and their mental deficiencies.

This is a real question, for you personally (and anyone else who wants to answer):

What would it take for you to betray your country? Money? Power? Threats of harm? Loss of livelihood?

Think about it and put yourself in various situations. I'm just confused why these people are doing this and trying to make sense of it. It seems impossible to me that it's pure ideology because it's so over the top it smacks of drug induced brainwashing.

They have flat out accused our President of being a mass murderer. That's crazy.

Amen to Juan making it unwatchable.

Hatred. I would have to become so full of hate for the person (or people) we elected that I would resort to nearly anything to destroy them. To me there are two kinds of enemies:

  • Those who aim to harm this country. People that I don't hate, but know I have to kill to defend this country.
  • Those who have decided that someone else's ideology doesn't match mine, therefore they must be hated and destroyed.

This is one thing that I thank Trump for more than anything. He unwittingly exposed who these people really are. He caused them to overtly come out of the closet and show us their true nature.

It's not in my nature to hate anyone. It's a character trait that I seem incapable of understanding. When it comes to murderers, rapists, and other violent criminals I find myself more feeling sorry for them than hating them. I hate what they do, but can't find it in me to hate them. So, betraying my country, as it is now, is just not something I could do. If we happen to succumb to tyranny ruled under some fascist despot, dissolving our constitution, stripping all of us of our rights... rising up against this would not be betraying my country, in my opinion. It would be taking it back.

This is a real answer. I don't know what it takes, but 71.2 Million people Just did that exact thing, they betrayed their country because they hated one man. A man who was trying to slow the rampant corruption, and keep our country safe.

They voted for a man who admitted his own corruption when he held out Billion dollars from Ukraine to get his son off the hook.
A son who was raking in money because of his fathers influence.
But why go over the facts ---we all know them, and the Democrat Biden voters just voted for corruption.

Well soon we will all be getting another check when democrats vote to pay off their voters with another trillion dollar bail out with money that isn't worth the paper it's printed on. When other countries figure that out we are screwed. The Debt cannot go on much longer getting bigger and bigger with handouts and payoffs.

Keep the country closed Joe. Make people wear masks. You are just putting off the inevitable.
We must open up and go about the business of making America whole or go under.
