They deserve everything they will get, and I hope President Bush doesn't offer them help! I know that sounds cold, but I just can't feel sorry for them!

That's not totally the case. Forbidding the wearing of the headscarves, however, is the kind of bigoted thing I'd expect from the French. For all the heat this country gets for bigotry, we're very tolerant compared to many other nations. Many of them don't have racial problems because they've already divided along racial lines. The huge influx of Islamic immigrants is going to change Europeans minds over this.
