No, this is not a scam (but it is a pyramid). My coworker has gotten free stuff from this site. The way it works is that you sign up for an offer and then get 10 more people to sign up for offers (which starts them towards a free camera too, the PSP only requires 5 people). Then they send your your free camera (free shipping too).
The cameras are good:
The offers are pretty decent too. They are typical "intro offers" such as Colubia House, BMG, Blockbuster Online (that's what I signed up for...was going to do it anyway). I think the $10 offer is the most expensive one.
