I have about 10lbs of ground lamb in the freezer from lambs we butchered in the fall of 2002. It's been deep frozen in a chest freezer and never unfrozen, but I'm not going to use it. I made myself some lamb meatballs today and I forgot the smell of beef or lamb cooking makes me queasy. I'm OK if I cook it on the grill. Anyway if anybody would like to have it for the dogs send me a pm, we raised these lambs ourselves without additives in their feed.
