Why wasn't I told. It seems that for the month of October that Best Buy is giving away a free smartphone from each of the 4 major providers. I'm due for my new every two upgrade and I already missed the Samsumg Fascinate offered on the first Friday!

It's not free but I also found out that Free Cell Phones with New Cell Phone Plans - Shop Deals from Wireless Carriers - Wirefly.com offeres phones at deep discounts.

I did a Google search for a review on Wirefly and their reputation is not all that good. I guess it's a crap shoot if you purchase through them.

The text at the Best Buy site says it's free for either new accounts or for the every two upgrade. Sounds like it works either way.

The other most reputable site I have found with really good prices is at amazonwireless.com
