:confused: Is the YouTube the same horse that is in the pictures? Did see if some of the local lesson barns might be interested in him? From the pictures it looks like he has some mileage under his belt. Sure hope you can find a good home for your horse. :huggy:

Wow, he's 18 yrs old and the owner is going to dump him (send him to auction) because of the new horse? That's not very fair. Too lazy to take the time to find a good owner? There's a good chance he'll end up shipped to Mexico to be slaughtered.

no its not the same horse i have on youtube.
this is my friends horse.
shes a 15 year old heartbroken little girl.
this was her first horse.
her mom bought her a new one. and then decided they needed to get rid of the old one.
the just want to give him a good home.
i'm just helping find a good home.

That is nice of you. He looks like a very nice horse. I'd hate to think of him going to auction (and slaughter) just because Mommy decided to dump him.

If he is still available i will talk to one of my students. Some guy wants to give one of my girls a 3 yr old ottb with a knee chip. I am totally against that idea so maybe if they MUST get this girl a horse..... I will def give Chewy's owner a call (I assume she is in school right now?). Do you know the reason for him needing a confident rider? Is he strong?spooky? This rider is walking and trotting very confidently and learning to canter and do crossrails. She is a very quick learner, listens to and follows directions and would be boarding the horse/doing lessons with me.

yep he is still available. i know someone is taking him on trial to see if he'd be a good trail horse, but im not sure how that will work out.
he needs confident rider just because he gets really heavy on the forehand and kinda lugs you around at the canter, and has been known to get quick over fences.

he's acctually stalled right next to big boy right now at obligation. lol
