Freezer Meals

migtig

aka Mrs. Giant
I'm trying each week to prep up some freezer meals.

So far I have:
lasagna
corn chowder
breakfast sandwiches
breakfast burritos
shrimp alfredo
empanadas
and some to die for fig/brie pastries made (I would have more, but I couldn't stop eating them when they were on the cooling rack):piggy:

I've also got enchiladas on my to make list.

Does anybody know if grits survive a freeze / reheat? (I've never had leftover grits before)

Do you have any other suggestions or ideas on what freezes / reheats well?

TIA

Thanks Rose, all of that sounds doable. I would have never thought of a quiche.

You're welcome. You can do so many different things with quiche. You can make several verities with different cheeses, meats, no meats, herbs, and vegies. Perfect season for those now.
