How do I freeze an image from a video to be saved as a jpg file? Any online programs or downloadable programs? Thanks so much!

In Windows Media Player, go to "Tools" menu then hit "Options."

Go to the Performance tab, hit Advanced, uncheck "Use overlays" but leave "Use video mixing renderer" checked. This should work fine unless you have a really ####ty graphics card.

You could also turn off all hardware overlays and this would work for Real Player, but if you play any video games or watch DVDs, I would strongly NOT suggest that.

Oh yeah, print screen copies it to your clipboard, paste it into Paint and save as .jpg. :yay:

 Perhaps they could Google instructions on how to turn off all hardware overlays, dumbass. And, every single computer running Windows has WMP, so :dork: yourself.
