How about the River's Edge in Benedict? (Charles County, right on the Patuxent River for those unfamiliar with where Benedict is)

Starting the thread early -but I think this is a good time to check out a new place. It might be a great locale during the summer M & G's.

I called & they are open on Fridays - large groups (10+)should call ahead to get enough seating, of course.

I went in the fall with friends, the view was amazing, the food delicious and we were the only people there besides the employees. I doubt there'll be much of problem with seating in the off-season.
