I used to walk only when the weather was mild: spring/summer. But walking has been so much a part of my fitness routine since Sept. (at *least 2-3 times /wk. I walk 3 miles) that I didn't wanna give it up when it got cold. But I *hate* the cold. EXERCISE won out in this case & I am learning to actually like it. Today is the first day I've walked with a frost on the ground & without a breeze- it's really not too bad!
