I called the typical Burch, Besche and SMO. Anyone use anyone else for a tank replacement I had not thought of?

Above ground. The old one is rusty and I noticed a wet spot on it in the rusty area near the bottom. I have to replace it before it springs a leak. I called Burch, SMO and got prices. Besche stinks because I always get voice mail and it takes them days to call back.

Have you tried Ridgell Oil. I get my oil from them.
Also my son in law can get a replacement new drum, not sure if he has a pump to transfer the oil? You can contact him at 301-737-4636, Ice Man and son. His name is James Browne .He has a masters license in Heating and Ac.
He has reasonable rates better then the larger companies.

When you call let him know about how much oil you believe is still in the tank. His cell is also 240-298-9060.

He also does PM's on furances with lower charges then the big oil companies and still has a few opening for the fall season cleaning and start up.
My son in law does my maintenance for me.

Make a smoker out of the old one. :yay: That's what I'm looking at doing now, but the one I have to work with is apparently still partially full. Can't even move it.

Might want to try a fuel tank sealant first. If it works you save a good chunk of change if not you're only out 10-20 bucks.
