So the Texans look like the NFL's spanking boys. That's ok, I've been a Houston fan for all my life and between the Oilers, Texans, Astros, and Rockets, I'm used to losing seasons. But...I found this interesting, a little comparison between the Texans and the Giants, both who have played Indy and Philly the first two weeks.
The Giants gave up 8 sacks to the Eagles DL
The Giants gave up 451 total offense yards to the Eagles
The Giants only sacked McNabb once, and Manning only once
The Giants gave up 327 yards of offense to the Colts
The Giants only rushed for 86 yards against the Eagles D
Texans gave up 5 sacs to the Eagles D line
Texans gave up 444 total offense yards to the Eagles
Texans gave up 525 total yards of offense to the Colts
Texans gave up 4 sacks to the Colts D line
Texans sacked McNabb once and Manning twice
Texans rushed for 70 yards against the Eagles
I have to say, Indy stomped a mud hole the the Texan's azz, but what's the Giants excuse?
