Funny pop-up type thingies

OK..not sure what to call these..
But I use IE-8...had to finally up grade from IE-6.
Not to bad...but when I place my cursor over ANY word on ANY page I get this tiny pop-out with the English word translated into Spanish...

How in Hades do I remove this thing???

I hate it.

never mind, we figured it out.....stupid tool bar options... "Translate" opt out..no more stupid pop ups!!

Just wait until the day they set the primary language as Spanish and you have to go into your Options to switch it to English. That will be comedy unending.
