Total BS, as President and Commander in Chief, Obama can fix this with a stroke of the pen declaring that no sequestration cuts will come from the funds for medical treatment our service persons and vets are entitled to.

This isn't about funding or money, it's about pain and making everyone pissed off so Barry can use that anger and direct it at Congress when ever he doesn't get is way.

Sequstration is nothing more than Barry throwing a temper tantrum.
