FYI....Consumer complaints

I stumbled across a site a year or so ago that I use religiously to check out companies and the experiences of others with those companies. While the better business bureau will inform you if the record is satisfactory or not, it does not show actual consumer complaints. This site lists everything and shows the actual complaint. It is:

Thanks for the link. Even though it throws up quite a few hidden popups it appears to have lots of information. I checked out the University I attended for over 3 years while working towards by BS degree and discovered many not-so-flattering accounts of the University.
