buffalo chicken dip with canned chicken :jet:

just kidding :dead:

I've made this cheeseburger dip a million times but modify it for the crockpot...always gone in minutes. I never get to bring any home

I'm a super huge fan of this jalapeno hot corn dip

I'm a big fan of chips & dips  LT let's have another one of those Dip Partay's!! :jet:

Atomic Buffalo Turds

Take whole jalapenos, cut them in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and stem.
Fill with a mixture of cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and season salt.
Wrap well with half a slice of bacon.
Throw them in the oven until the bacon is cooked (or put them in the smoker until dark and turdlike, which is how it's supposed to be done, hence the name).

Yup those are good!!! I've made these in the smoker but added a little smokie to the middle w/ the cream cheese...people went nuts over them!

Armadillo Eggs

Similar to what Vrai posted, but:

- Stuff jalapenos with cubed cheese of your choice
- Wrap cheese-stuffed Jalapeno with sausage/bisquick,shredded cheese/salt/pepper mixture
- Cook until they start to open (350*, or on grill)

You could probably wrap some bacon around them also like in Wrai's recipe.

Personally, I stick with a pot-luck style game day party. My wife makes a mean bowl of chili, plus it's pretty easy to make. I have everyone else bring food instead of us cooking everything.

On Sundays I usually do appetizers for dinner...just make a bunch of different ones and munch through out the day :yum:

my mom loves to make calzones on game days. My brothers and dad will request certain toppings and she'll take a couple pizza dough balls, roll them out, fill half with a ton of toppings, roll back up, then bake and cut into small servings. :yum:

Mahi & shrimp (small pieces) wrapped in bacon, fried in coconut oil, then hit them on the skillet with a little BBQ sauce for about 2 minutes. Serve atop pico de gallo. Delicious!!

A whole slice of bacon. :yum: No such thing as too much bacon.

I usually do homemade pizza too because its something I know the kids will definitely eat! Plus its cheaper than ordering out LOL

That sounds really good. Does frying them in the coconut oil give off a flavor at all?
We always end up making carnitas and grilled steak and chicken and making a taco bar for games. its easy, everyone loves it and its DIY

I also went to a party once where a friend made these http://m.allrecipes.com/recipe/23947/bacon-crackers/?mxt=t06rda
They are not pretty, and they sound really strange..but im pretty sure I ate my weight in them.

hmmmm those sound interesting! I had another recipe I saved that was similar but used parmesean cheese vs brown sugar...I bet the sweet and salty combo is really good.
