And his niece, Ronna McDaniel (RNC Chair) wants Trump to sign a loyalty pledge to partake in the debates.
How can forcing someone to support anybody be legal? What happened to freedom of choice? Anybody who does sign the pledge is a complete puppet to the party and will never get my vote.
That's the thing with PARTY politics, they make up the rules they want. The founders warned of the factions being the downfall of the republic, I guess we get to see it firsthand.

He has a choice sign or don’t participate. Personally I think he’d be a fool to participate, he can’t really build himself up by being there, but it can give the rest of the players a target. I don’t like him myself, but I don’t like the D side at all.
Seriously? He is going to be a target whether he's there or not as he is the top dog. And why do you have to like HIM (the person), for me it is what he can and does do. Then I ask myself, is he better for the nation then any of the others without regard to which party they identify with? and that is easy to answer.
He will be a target, but it’s going to be an amorphous target. If he’s there it’s going to show every time they score a hit. Do you seriously think his appearance there can help his ratings, because I seriously don’t think so. As for the sentence about not liking him, it is essentially the same thing as your last sentence.

Not sure of the intent of your use of "amorphous", because Trump is clearly defined, he is still the anti-establishment outsider. And maybe I missed it somewhere, but I am pretty sure that I offered no opinion as to whether he should be there or not. I'm not real sure if this debate will sway people one way or the other. Seems that most have already made up their minds if you believe the polls.
It might be a good move to not be there. He could just sit back and let the expected pettiness display some true hypocrisy.

In lieu of tonight's indictments he might could go up and steal a lot of independents and perhaps a few D's. With the shiit show they're trying to do to him TONIGHT to every question he should answer "banana republic or worse if I'm not elected."

My use of the term amorphous as in non corporeal, lacking a physical body. Yes he will be a target, but not a physical target, you will not see any body language that will tell you if you've scored on him. You will not see any furtive eye movements that will tell if he's lying or not. Also there will not be any real time "fact" checking that will throw him off his game.
Pretty sure my response to your post was evident in that he will be the actual target whether he is there or not, nothing amorphous about it at all.
