Garmin question

I have aquired a Garmin IQUE3600 palm organizer with GPS....It has a MP3 player, voice recorder, and a lot of other goodies on it....Does anyone know of anyone that repairs these things....I don't know anything about it....I was told that the GPS doesn't work...Long story behind it and I ended up with it and don't know what to do with it...Anyone?

Dupontster, Couldn't find anything local, found these 3 links, the last one is Garmin Support. Possible mail in and wait for repair, i know its not under warranty, discontinued product but by contacting bthem they might be able to steer u in right direction.

I know you were told it didn't work - did you raise the Antenna (on back) and give it a try?

Made me look, made me look.....I didn't even see an antenna....Saw a litttle pointer that looked like a small pen but that's all...

According to Garmin's site - you HAVE TO RAISE the antenna for the GPS to work. So, their has got to be an antenna on the back.
