Gas prices 30 cents more in Charlotte Hall?

Can anyone explain how gas in Charlotte Hall is 30 - 35 cents higher then California? I’m sure the same tanker is refilling both WaWa’s

Isn't that weird? Same phenomenon is happening in Leonardtown and Great Mills Road at what used to be my favorite Exxon station.

Charlotte Hall has that upper class ambience. Isn't $0.30/gallon more worth it to attract a better class of people?

I'm betting that the other station just hasn't gotten around to changing its prices yet. Oil has been steady going up the last ten days.

#3.29 at Lexington Park Service Center. I pay cash for gas, so short walk, don't need to go inside, but his prices are driving me somewhere else. I don't get it; he's always been lower than just about everyone.

Depends on when the gas was bought, they can sell it all the way down to what they paid for it and no less.

Gas in California (Wawa and Sheetz) was at $2.90-ish while gas at the Birdie's at 235/HL Road was at $3.39 at one point.
Math = an $8 difference with a 20 gallon fill-up between a distane of less than 5 miles.

Seen one wawa at 4 and 234 being 25 cents higher than the buck Hewitt wawa.

When I humped sailboats up and down the Inter-coastal Currituck had the cheapest diesel from the Chesapeake to Key West.

I was joking. Nothing wrong with Charlotte Hall at all. I do miss the old Charlotte Hall though. I remember when the McKay's was being built in the very early 80s. I was so excited to have a big grocery store close by.
