Amoco Gold is Premium 93 Octane. That's always about 20 cents higher than regular. On Tuesday that was probably about right for the area that you were purchasing premium fuel.

I got gas at Sheetz the other day for 2.49/gallon. I was all excited. Then I realized that it's really pathetic that I'm excited over that. Funny how gas at 3.29 will make you all happy for 2.49.

What ticks me off is the media talking about how drivers should be happy that prices are coming down, but not talking about how the prices are coming down despite the fact that not one refinery or drilling rig damaged in the hurricanes has been fixed/replaced! The reason we were given for the price hikes was the loss of those assets, yet prices are falling despite the same abscence of those assets.
