That's the talk I'm hearing out here. Supposedly oil companies will post their profits every quarter, and the tax will be calculated and added accordingly.
If other states aren't at $7.00+/gal could it possibly be a California self-induced problem? Maybe Newsome and his liberal cohorts need to do some deep introspect.
