Most of the District, and the high population area, is in Prince George's.

In the old days, Article 27 of the Murlin Criminal code defined Burglary as breaking and entering with the "intent" to commit a felony, murder, rape, robbery, mayhem etc.... But in todays amended States law I dont know if it clarified a "felony"...

But lets pontificate this a little closer, even though NONE OF US were there or know all the facts. This punkazz kid, and he is a kid, regardless of his age, entered without permission of his relatives house, acted stupid and grabbed a god parent or relative. He acted out like a 17 year old 5th grader.

NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO HIM EXCEPT HE IS THE NEW ICON OF PG MURLIN.

Yeah, did a little scouring of his name on the Internet. Only thing I can find relevant is it might be a family matter that started it all.

What I DON'T get is, his lawyer claiming he was nowhere near the residence at the time, even though his car was in the driveway and he was identified as such.

But as you say, nothing's going to come of it.
