If you would read the blog instead of asking endless dumb questions you would know that I received the dishwasher in a damaged state. GE or any other manufacturer does not fix things that monkeys have damaged due to negligence during installation, even if the product doesn't work.
Personally, I think they bought it out of the scratch and dent pile to save money and just thought I would take it and not complain. I've spoken to Lowes about the damage on the dishwasher chassis and they stated there's no way in hell they would allow their deliver people to bring some to your home with such damage.
Hence, the dishwasher problem completely belonged to QBHI; the same way my kid's bedroom window did after they hit it with a drywall crane and left the frame smashed. The window company told them to get screwed; they don't fix negligence.

I don't pay for negligence. I paid for a new item, with no damage, and in working order.
