Generator Repair

Just sneakin' around....
I've watched a number of this guy's repair videos, really impressed with his thought process. I've always been put off with the idea of having to service the electrical part of my generator, but he makes it pretty simple and understandable.

One of his excellent tips is so simple, yet so necessary; use a Kill-O-Watt meter or equiv to check the power output frequency and adjust the motor speed to keep it near 60Hz. And how not all generators are the same, that buying one with an AVC (Automatic Voltage Controller) is a good thing, many do not have one leading to over-voltage conditions.
