Service isn't bad either though both times I had the same waitress and she was great. I can't imagine having to stay on top of all that food on the line though.
What, like a Mongolian grill? I LOVE! those places!!!
Yep - just like! They even had a nice bar area for you all to do a Friday night gathering if you wanted.

We went a few nights agao, sat at the table for 10 minutes, never saw a server. Asked the host where our server was and he said she was talking to the manager and would be a few minutes.
We got up and left, walked over the chilis for dinner. This is the second time it has happened there.
Wow - we had three different people coming to our table throughout the meal. I was there at lunch and it wasn't overly crowded.

That's too bad. We have had good service both times we've been there. Shot the breeze w/the manager last time we were there and he's a nice guy. You should let him know if there's a problem.

Love the food, price is accommodating, atmosphere: Ok.
Service: We have had mixed success.
The second time we went, We were waiting by the door, and a server walked by without the slightest acknowledgement that we exists...immediately I saw a scowl on the face of the approaching manager. I would rate the service as slightly under-attentive. (adequate)
Bottom line: you can train people to do their job, but it takes character to be warm, welcoming, engaging.
Yes, I will be eating there again...I finally found the right mix that I like!
I wish them well,...I just don't expect too much from the wait staff.

Girl and I stopped in here for a bite today. It was okay. Our server was very attentive and patient with us when we had the deer in headlights looks on our faces and she explained it well. The food was all right, but nothing spectacular. I give it a meh. Been there, done that.

Hubby and I have eaten there a few times. Its not bad. We went there a few weeks ago and of course it has been taken over by the low lifes of the county already. We were in line to make our bowl of food and the lady in front of us - stacked her bowl a foot high with shrimp. It was ridiculous!!!! I said as loud as I could that it was RIDICULOUS THAT SOME PEOPLE WILL DO ANYTHING TO GET OVER IN THIS PLACE. Hubby poked me in my ribs. It was overkill what they were doing. I didn't think it should have been allowed but I am not the manager of the place. They have an all you can eat bowl for $13.00 - But the food is really good and its great because you can make your own mix of what you like. I am more of a veggie person so I like to pile the veggies with a few chicken breast pieces. Hubs and Boy do the shrimp and steak with veggies and spice it up with seasonings. They have fun with it.
