One thing that is absolutely noticeable about successful people of any color or persuasion.
They aren't crying about opportunities..
They educated themselves and applied themselves.
they didn't sit around crying that people shut them out, they went to work, showed up for work, and worked.

That man picked his career at a very young age and worked hard at it.
He did not get to be America's outstanding race hustler by sitting back and crying.
He worked hard at it. Hard enough to put Jesse Jackson in the back seat of race hustling.
Do you hear him asking for affirmative action in race preaching?
Do you hear him asking for equity in his chosen profession?

I stand by my assertion...there are ALOT of lazy, rich, crybabies in this world.
One of the wealthiest men in my hometown when I growing up was Mr. Rutherford.
He was a top level executive with one of the big manufacturing firms across the river in Springfield, MA.
Mr. Rutherford's parents were sharecroppers in South Carolina and came north for better jobs in war industries in the late 30's.
Their ancestors were brought here from sub-Saharan Africa.
