nope i have had none of them i just watch my diet and am off all meds for it as of now except for the once in a while i will take a zantac or 2 in a day but hat is it. One thing I learned that I had to cut out most of the time was fried fatty foods and also chocolate and stuff like that. Now occasionally i have a flare up and take stuff. I also started losing weight and that helped too.
My friend uses a tsp of apple cider vinegar before bedtime, another cure but I personally have not had to try but could be useful is a bit of baking soda in water - take sips. Works well I am told, but is not that good for you long term. Also, no eating after a certain time at night could help.
i also quit eating after 630 if i don't eat by then i don't eat at all til the next am. I also cut out eating a lot of stuff that was high in fat. also cut out some chocolate but not all. I don't eat straight chocolate like candy bars anymore but i will eat cookies and cream icecream once in a while and it doesn't bother me as I do it all in moderation.
