Does anyone else watch this show?

I have seen a few episodes now where there are mix match pieces in the kitchen area example all stainless steel except the dishwasher. Her fix was to get some metal/stainless stickable stuff and put it on the dishwasher to make it match the rest of the appliances

Another house she painted a white refridgerator black to match the kitchen.

On another episode the flooring in the kitchen wasnt very appealing so she got some stickable vinyl tile squares.

To make a living room look warm and inviting she rented a portable fireplace

Are these normal fixes?

As far as the "stainless" decal, I'd think they'd have to disclose that to potential buyers, and I can't imagine it's going to fool that many people upon closer inspection. Same with the fireplace - it wouldn't come with the house and would be pointed out by any realtors showing the house.

I love that show!

I've seen some of those "fixes" in real life and even the best job I could tell some thing was up a mile away. A few examples it looked great but in every case I knew it wasn't what it appeared and had been altered.

I am addicted too but I think I have only seen one episode where the house actually sold  Its always checking in w/ so and so a month later... "wow we have had so much more traffic, still waiting on an offer"

Sorry if they are dropping the price 50k (which most the realtors do on the episodes) and putting 1k in staging it and it STILL hasnt sold there is a problem
