Depends on what the charge is. Traffic charges - who cares? Multiple assault or sex charges - mmmm, that's probably a bad person.

I'm just glad my name is no longer on there...I guess that means my traffic violations were expunged from my record . Now when does my insurance go back down!

That doesn't mean that your tickets were expunged. It just means that it's no longer in the court system. You need to order a copy of your driving record from the DMV to see if your tickets are still there. You should be able to order both a 5 year and a 10 year record.

I don't know any of my neighbors last names, so I looked up me. What is a NR case type? I have a traffic... but in 2003 it has an NR instead of traffic :shrug:

I looked at some other NR's and I believe it means: "DEPT OF NATURAL RESOURCES CITATION"

Are you sure it wasn't "NP?" That stands for Nolle Pros - the state decided not to prosecute because either the police officer didn't show up in court or they didn't have enough evidence.

NR is for for Natural Resource. Hubby and I looked up a friend and he had a lot of fishing without a sporting license. Those were under NR..
