I'm confused (doesn't take much) is says Giant Crab cake but the article reads: (and I quote) "The giant fish cake was cooked in a 3-foot rotisserie-style pan in October 2006 during the 2006 Diamond State BBQ Championship in Dover, Del. When finished, it weighed in at 235 pounds. "What was it, a crab or fish cake?....Still looks good though

I actually wonder how much of it was crab meat...and how much was filler.

Says it cooked for 9 hours.......wouldn't the crab meat in the middle start spoiling long before it was finished?
