And it's all Catt's fault because she jinxed me.

A few weeks ago, Catt asked if Gidgie had problems with dingleberries, because she's so furry. I replied, no, not so far.

Well.

Today I pulled this huge turd clod off her butt and she's still smelly. I washed her and brushed her, but she smells. So tomorrow I'm making an appointment with the groomer so they can shave her butt.

I know you hate me but, (no pun intended). Get her anal glands checked. She may not be expressing when she goes poo. Some cats have a real problem with that. Had to have one of mines glands removed due to the fact that they kept getting infected. Just a thought.

I keep Allie's butt clipped. I just give her a shiny object to play with in the sink and while she's occupied, I clip the longer hair around her :gossip:

I love my girl but I am not grooming no cat butthole. She needs her nails done anyway, so the groomer can do both when I take her in.

My parents were actually telling me the other day that they heard cats don't actually lick to clean themselves, but to regulate body temperature since they don't sweat, or pant as much as dogs. I think the only cats I've seen pant are big ones. I guess it serves multiple purposes, though.

All big and fluffy...like it just came outta' the dryer.

Ah, yeah that. You can usually tell when they're kitten though if they're going to have crazy fluffy fur though. I mean, look at Gidget's baby pictures. She was so fricking tiny and cute. And fluffy.

Vrai, how old is she now?
