Give it a year or two and someone will be able to buy CNN for two snickers bars and a coke.

CNN signals return to partisan era with coverage of Trump indictment: ‘Aura of divisiveness is back’

'The inmates are running the asylum again over at CNN in the post-Licht era,' Joe Concha said

In the week since CEO Chris Licht was dismissed, CNN has given off "an aura of divisiveness" and signaled a return to the earlier Jeff Zucker-era of liberal opinion programing that famously tarnished CNN’s once-nonpartisan reputation, according to media watchdogs.

"The inmates are running the asylum again over at CNN in the post-Licht era. And the piousness is so thick you can cut a knife with it," Fox News contributor Joe Concha said.

"CNN gets to be the resistance network again. The inmates are happy," Concha added. "They're also insufferable.

"Spending more than a few seconds watching CNN over the last week, it's abundantly clear the network has almost immediately returned to how things were under Zucker," Houck told Fox News Digital.

Well I may have been wrong all these years ----

I used to say the ONE THING the other news channels could do that would obliterate FOX would be - be fair to both sides of the political spectrum.

The nation is largely split down the middle politically, and FOX - to a large extent - has all of one half - and the others compete for the rest.
All they need to do, is just be apolitical and be fair to both sides and they'd mop up FOX, because it would at least have some competition, while keeping its base.

NOPE. Wrong-o. The CNN base will have none of that. You're either always against the right, or you're traitors.
Their problem isn't JUST that they're hugely left biased - they also just - suck.

Yeah like you'll be able to find a bud light next year, I suspect they'll change the name and hope nobody notices.

A large percentage of the democrats' base are people that are dependent on the government to take care of them. Folks that rely heavily of welfare programs. Those people are also notorious in being apathetic to being informed about what is going on. They don't value education nor information. I doubt they tune into any news shows unless it's breaking news like the OJ car chase scene. Low info voters doing what low info voters do. Staying ignorant to the hot topics of the day.

So, no CNN won't pick up those viewers unless CNN starts rerunning 1980s period sitcoms like the Cosby Show.
