Our new house has beautiful plantation shutters on all the windows but nothing on the 5 doors heading outside. We've started to get used to it but still kinda creepy. Anyone one else have doors/windows with nothing on them?

Here's the view into the family room (sorry it won't let me upload it rotated from my iPad)

Yes... We have two inourhouse... It took some getting used to

No walking around the house in your drawers. :coffee:

Wow I would have bet the farm that you would never ever live like that.

I'm ordering some cordless roman shades with double cell honeycomb as soon as I get the samples. Mainly for energy savings though.

It is my front door and back door. :yay: We had the front door changed to have textured glass and the back door is still completely see through... the whole room is actually. It's a sun-room. :ohwell:

So you will let people watch you in your house without you knowing, thinking about how they could plant spiders all over the room to scare you outside to capture you but won't get gas?

I wait until I believe someone might be looking, stand with my butt to the door and bend over, legs spread while I pick up something imaginary off the floor.

Guarantee no one will ever look in again.

Please don't make me scared of my house. :frown:

My husband will be so upset if I do another do-it-yourself project and spray paint all doors and windows until they are opaque. :nono:

I got some self-stick covering for the window and door in the basement. Trim to fit, translucent so it doesn't block light, peels right off with no damage if you don't want it anymore. Think I got it at Lowes.

Have three of these in the house, front door, and both leading to the sunroom. Doesn't bother me, since the house is invisible from the street.

That's how I feel, can't be seen from the street. They cause a great deal of energy loss though so I have to fix that.
