What's with my monthly bill jumping from $73.28-$85.00 (I have no clue why it varies) to $123.44 ?? :yikes:

Looks like my "Residential Gold" internet service went from $39.95 to $59.27, and the expanded basic went from $27.70 to $41.10... :confused:

Anyone also get screwey invoices?? This new company Metrocast not starting out on good footing!! :nono:

I don't have a "past due". They increased $ on their services. DSL here I come.......

I work for Comcast ... you have GMP. There's your problem! :jet:

I'm sorry, but GMP just flat out sucks. I left them a long time ago. I have Direct TV and DSL. I operate just fine w/ those services. Way, way, way, better customer service IMO.

I've never had any problems with them. I'm sure it's a simple billing error. If it isn't, they need to realize that Verizon DSL is here now and I will switch in a heartbeat!

I just called both the local number & the 800# (Invoice says both numbers are open on Sat.) but no one answers. :duh:

You're right .. probably a billing problem. Did you sign up under some sort of special? Maybe that special is over and they are prorating your bill somehow. :shrug:

Nahhhhh..... I've had them for years. I'll call Monday.

OK, spoke with a dear named Cindy! She showed where I didn't pay Aug. inv. (I didn't receive) and this bill is for Sept. The increased amounts include service through mid Sept. (1.5 mths). I will not get an invoice in Sept. due to their new billing cycle. She is removing the $3.00 late fee since I have never been late or missed a pmt. before. I'm happy once again. :cheesy:
