GMP needs Comedy Central

Would it be too much to ask our cable company to add Comedy Central to their channel line-up? I have lived many places and this is the first time I have had to use a cable service that did not have Comedy Central as a basic channel. I know that the channel is offered on Direct TV, but I am not allowed install a dish on the roof of my apartment. Does anyone know how we can get this changed. I know they have added a few channels since I moved. How do we, the consumer, get input into this decision making process?

There was a story in last months Enterprise that it will be added sometime in August, along with several other channels.

You might read some of the old threads about the cable company, there's a bunch of them.

Thanks for the heads up about the other threads and the Enterprise article. I'll keep an eye out for it. I was just starting to get worried about living in a county that gives deference to minor league go-cart racing before comedy.
