Pretty ugly game so far, but they do go into the halftime up by 3. Lets see if they can come out for the second half. Go Skins

Damn, didn't see any of the game. Was listening to it on 98.3. Unlike Sonny J. i would have kicked the point after and gone into overtime. Oh well, i am not the coach, just think that was a bad call. JMHO. Go Skins.

They call me ... Sarcasmo
Griffin tries to run the conversion, Cousins stuck to the called play. Best play from the offense (minus the turnovers) this season. I'm really disappointed in Alfred Morris' play today BUT Kyle did pretty much shut him down in the 3rd quarter.

Damned glad to meet you
Oh, BS! If they had made the 2 point conversion Shanahan would be hailed as a genius right now.

That was quite a game by Satana Moss though!

gary, not disagreeing with you, just didn't understand the call, point after should have been a give me. Game goes into overtime it is anybody's game.
They went for 2 and went home a loser again. JMHO i am not a pro football coach in any way means shape or form, but i would have gone for the tie and overtime.

I don't see the point of playing it safe and going for the tie when you aren't playing for anything besides not having the worst record in the league.

Jmo.

Agreed. I like the call. They had momentum and who the hell wants to play over time in a meaningless game?

7 to Falcons ?? He only had two interceptions

It seemed every time I turned on the game they were giving the ball back, I saw them stop a 4th and goal from the 1 foot line and they still had 7 points ten seconds later.

36 complete passes would be a good game except that 7 of them were completed to falcons.

29/45, 64%, 381 yards, 3 TD, 2 INT, 1 sack.

9 different guys caught passes from him with 5 of them catching 3 or more.

He looks quick. He decides quick, he gets rid of the ball. He's mobile enough. Good enough arm. He's accurate. made a great throw to Moss on the run late. His worst play was the 2 point conversion.

Now, of course, this wasn't against a powerhouse in the middle of a battle to make the playoffs but, this isn't the first time he's looked good and he did not win it at the end but, how many teams would be happy to have him and ALL those picks back?

Is Snyder actually thinking of trading Robert, keeping the Shanahans???? Or, is he just letting the ship of state drift into one rock pile after another? This does NOTHING good for RGIII nor, frankly, the team. Go into the off-season with a built in 'injury' to your super star, his young psyche, his confidence?

okay, since this season is a complete bust, lets wonder whats next....

1) Shanahan and half the team is booted and next season will be the proverbial "rebuilding era" (that has been going on for years now)

2) Danny, the wonder boy, will sell the team to a bunch of Native American investors, thus moving to New Mexico and will be named the Navajo Joes...

3) The rapist from Florida State (the heisman winner) will be picked as the new RGIII, and is immediately arrested for another rape.....

4) Obama will proclaim the losing season was the result of the Republicans and will grant the REDSKINS a superbowl ranking...
