Going with glass....

Picked this up over the weekend and brought it home. First time going fiberglass reproduction instead of original tin.

do you bolt regular fenders to that ?



but what about De Tomaso Pantera ...... if you keep buying these distractions you will NEVER have the $$ for that ...

Actually...its the De Tomaso that is the distraction. And the '47 Harley build..and the '59 Triumph....the Bronco street rod project is one I started over 8 years ago! The rolling chassis and drivetrain have been done for at least 4 years. See? (the wood spacer blocks are long gone..its ready to start)

And yes..the windshield frame, entire front clip, and tailgate, are all original steel parts that get bolted to that glass body. There is a surprising amount of steel inside that glass, bedded in there for just the purpose of supporting "stuff that has to bolt on".
