Golfing?

Anybody golf in So. MD? Any Public courses around? Play for fun?

I haven't played since I left Georgia, only cuz the golfers around here are a little more seroius about it than I like to be. And I like to have a few beers while I'm losing balls. It's the only way I can justify paying for them, and losing as many of them as I do. Drinking is not allowed on the public courses here. And I am NOT joining any freakin' country clubs...I'll only get kicked out.

Wicomico Shores in Chaptico or is it Mechanicsville (?) and Chesapeake Hills in Lusby. There is the one on base too.

Yeah, I beat the ball around a few times a year. Many of the courses I've been to in the past few times have a gal driving around in a refreshment cart, and yep, she sells beer! So I guess beer on the course is OK 'round here. You just can't bring your own.
