Okay, well, what I meant to say was one at a time, about 50 in 2 hours. Had some nice fillets on the grill last night, with extra in the freezer.

Where, when, what kind of tackle?

5'6" graphite rod with 8-10lb test (typical $15 combo from Wal-Mart). 1/4oz rat-l-trap or a beetle spin (I have extras, so this is optional). Know how to cast at least 30 feet accurately. Once they hit (which isn't long in either of my secret spots) they keep coming.

I usually walk out into the water, about a foot deep, and throw over a pile of rocks. Doesn't take long before I'm filling up the bucket.
