My girlfriend and daughter are taking me fishing this Sunday for father's day. I can't wait as I haven't been fishing at all this season. She was going to take me to Point Lookout but I don't want to fish next to everyone and their mother. We will be fishing from the shore. Can anyone make any good suggestion for places to go.

I think Bushwood has a place, but I've never gone. Same with Tall Timbers Marina. Point Lookout can be productive, but like you say, crowded. Under the bridge at Solomons might work. Surf fishing is really limited. Might think about renting a little boat at Solomons. Go straight across the river and you should find croaker.
