When police arrived, Charlie had the suspect on the floor. "(I) just held him until the police got there. (I) put my foot in his back and the gun to his head."

Why was this maniac allowed to carry a gun in public? What if he'd started shooting women and children? How are we going to make things safer for crooks in the future??? We need higher cages between customers and crooks!
