Seems the government is getting tougher.

Will it do any good? I'm not sure, these people seem to pride themselves on how much they avoid. Like an old west outlaw being proud of the size of the bounty on his head. the way I see it, gangs have no intention of obeying the laws of the government, therefore, they are in open rebellion. Sure I may be smudging the grey line, but I'm tired of them. I say let's deal with them the way rebels should be. Unfortunaly, I think theres some law protecting them from that.
