That still eliminates a whole heck of a lot who use basic cable who won't be able to watch the Presidential debates if they don't have a digital television. Given the Democrat primary picture, it won't be long before there's a whole heck of a lot more money available for the voting masses who need another entitlement.

Unfortanently, you have to have digital cable for HD-TV. None of this cuts piracy of TV shows, which is what part of this is about.
