Fills Vacancies on District Court for Baltimore County
ANNAPOLIS, MD—Governor Larry Hogan today announced the appointments of Guido Porcarelli, Bruce Friedman, and Michael Siri to the District Court for Baltimore County. The governor made the appointments after interviewing nominees sent by the county’s judicial nominating commission.
“The appointment of qualified individuals to serve across our state’s justice system is paramount to upholding our responsibilities to the people of Maryland and the rule of law,” said Governor Hogan. “I have confidence that Judges Porcarelli, Friedman, and Siri will be strong advocates for the law and will serve the citizens of Baltimore County and the State of Maryland admirably.”
Guido Porcarelli has been a partner in the Law Offices of Frank F. Daily, P.A. since 2011 and currently serves on the Attorney Grievance Commission Peer Review Committee. He holds a B.A. from Syracuse University College of Arts and Sciences and obtained his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law.
Bruce Friedman is a partner with the office of Winegrad, Hess, Friedman & Levitt, LLC, where he has worked since 1999.
