Maryland's FIRST BLACK GOVERNOR is appointing Maryland State Police's FIRST BLACK SUPERINTENDANT which has pissed off many BLACK POLITICIANS that don't want him to lead the MSP, because he ain't BLACK enough. You see a bunch of troopers, mostly black ,were charged with Departmental infractions and convicted. But because they are BLACK they felt discriminated against. You know, blatant hostile environment... blah blah blah.
In return, they complained to these sympathetic Democrat politicians like l'il bytches that they are. Therefore, because the potential appointee didn't come to their rescue apparently he ain't black enough... See the logic???
Also, Moore rescinded many of old fatboy's appointments to the Public Service Commission, because....uhhh....he is now the man and needs his cronies....

Lets watch this unfold. BTW, I know a retired MSP Sargent, he served from 1965-1996. He says Lt. Col. Butler is a dumbass. Fair, but a dumbass.

Moore's pick to lead State Police faces tough battle for confirmation in Maryland Senate - Maryland Matters
Sen. Joanne Benson (D-Prince George's) said she has received numerous complaints from current and former Maryland State Troopers who said Moore's nominee fostered a hostile work environment that punished some who fell out of favor. Other senators are listening to her concerns.
