Granite Remnant

Anyone know of any place that does granite countertops that would do a small remnant? Looking for some place that wouldn't act like I was putting them out when I ask about it. A few places I called didn't act like they even wanted to talk to me.

Have you been to Dean in California? I found them pretty accommodating when I did my kitchen. The quartz supplier was up in Baltimore.

We don't have that location any longer. Also, we never did our own Granite or Quartz. The only thing we did and still do is solid surface, i.e. Corian.

How big of a piece do you need? Does it need polished edges? I have a chunk that I've been moving around for 30 years, maybe?

I was looking for a 20x20 piece, was looking for something nicer than using a stone paver to set a 3d printer on. The added weight of the base would help dampen out vibrations that it caused leading to better prints.
